I have developed a strong presence in the NDIS, allied health and healthcare sectors, where compliance frameworks, practitioner structures and funding models require a deeper level of industry understanding.
I regularly works with clinic owners, NDIS providers and service-based business owners preparing for sale, helping them structure their businesses to attract qualified buyers and maximise enterprise value. I frequently speak to buyers actively seeking opportunities in these sectors, due to the specialised nature of the market it is handy to understand the in’s and out’s of this sometime complex industry.
Straight out of school I worked in technical sales with the SKF Group, one of the world’s largest bearing and power transmission manufacturers. This role exposed me to industries including manufacturing, engineering, transport, logistics and construction, giving me strong commercial insight when working with operationally complex businesses.
I later completed a degree in psychology and postgraduate qualifications in counselling, spending the next decade working in the allied health and mental health sector, including operating a private practice and leading the guidance department of a large secondary school in New Zealand.
This combination of commercial sales experience and behavioural insight gives me a unique advantage when navigating negotiations and the human side of business sales. For many owners, selling a business represents years of personal investment and identity, often bringing complex emotions alongside the commercial decision. My background in psychology and counselling allows me to approach these situations with calm communication, strong listening skills and thoughtful negotiation, helping owners move through the process with clarity and confidence.

Outside of my professional life, I value family time with my wife and two boys and enjoy staying active through running, workouts, cold plunges and saunas.
